I am a real estate broker in the North Shore. I was looking for a contractor who could do the necessary repairs and upgrades to my million dollar listing. The contractor I had used for years got sick and couldn't start the job and Josip was referred to me through a colleague in my office. Josip did things that no other contractor had ever done and at a very reasonable price. There was nothing I asked Josip that he wasn't able to do. He is outstanding in every way. He was prompt, sent a reminder email that he would be starting the next day, called if he was going to be late - just common courtesy, but sorely lacking in many businesses these days. He listened to what we wanted and gave very good advice about the kind of flooring we should get, then went out shopping for the best quality and price. The workers were on time and actually finished the job in the time he estimated. They were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves.
